Based in Hertfordshire, and with more than 40 years of catering experience, we’re dedicated to serving high-quality, homemade food crafted with passion and the finest natural ingredients. All of our bread is made from scratch using only all-natural ingredients. Since opening Panetalia in 2009, our goal has been to offer the professional, friendly service our customers know and expect.

Bread is at the heart of what we do, and we’re proud to bake it fresh every day. Alongside our signature breads, we also prepare large trays of pizza and a selection of traditional Italian dishes.

Every loaf of our organic sourdough begins with just three ingredients—flour, water, and salt—brought to life through a long, natural fermentation process. This patient approach develops deeper flavor, richer aroma, and a nourishing texture that industrial breads simply can’t match. We let time do the work, allowing each batch to rise slowly and fully, capturing the character and vitality of our wild starter.
