Sourdough Brioche
Our sourdough brioche buns are made with our original levain instead of yeast and slow-proofed for a slightly thicker, satisfying texture—perfect for burgers. Their natural sweet flavour also makes them ideal for breakfast.

Focaccia
Made with the finest extra virgin olive oil, our focaccia has a tender, airy crumb and the rich flavor of authentic Italian bread. Available as a classic 800g slab or as a round “Focaccina,” perfectly sized for sandwiches.
